This all depends on the glass you're using, and what effect you're after (full fuse? tack fuse?). I recommend you contact your glass supplier to get the correct info for the glass you have, as there are many different versions of glass.

The temperature can be anything between around 600C and 800C, and the time anything between 15 - 45 minutes. You also need to think about annealing your glass, which will stop your glass from cracking or vitrification (going a bit cloudy). It might sound overwhelming if you haven't done it before, but it is easy once you get started.

Bullseye (one of the leading glass suppliers) have a lot of free information on their website. And here are some sample schedules from Warm Glass (a good UK supplier of glass).

Don't forget to get some shelf paper, or kiln wash to coat your shelves, to make sure the glass doesn't stick.

Have fun!
